Temporary licenses
You can get a temporary license at any time for a 15 day test drive at www.ultimateformmail.com
Permanent licenses
When you purchase one or more temporary licenses, you are asked to either create a new account, or if you already have one, add the licenses to your account.
From there, you use the licenses (assign them) one by one, as needed, to the website they'll be used on. You do this by typing in the website domain name (url), confirming that you typed it correctly, and then you receive a license.
The license will be given to you on the page immediately following the confirmation step. It will be two alphanumeric strings separated by a dash.
The license number will also be emailed to you.
The license number is specific to the url (domain name) and not the IP address of the server. So if you have to move your website from one url to another, you can do so without any issues.
You also should be able to use the Ultimate Form Mail license on subdomains of the same website and also with a security certificate (https).
Common questions:
1) I'm not using the license I assigned to www.oldsite.com, can I use it again on a new site?
Sorry, no. That's why you can buy so many licenses at a steep discount.
2) I have two websites that are exactly the same. Can you give me a free license?
My first choice would be to ask you to just do a redirect of one of the websites to the other one, so that you would only need one license (one url = one license). But if you insist on having two websites that are exact replicas of each other, open a ticket and I'll hook you up. Make sure to send me the two urls so I don't have to ask, please.
