If your payment was received, then you will get your licenses. There's no cause for alarm. Sometimes this can happen because:
1) A coding error
2) A PayPal glitch
3) A server glitch at time of payment
...or some other reason.
The thing to understand is that you will get every license you paid for.
Follow these steps >>
1) Open a new ticket
2) Give me your transaction id number from the email you received from PayPal
3) Wait for me to respond
I will either send you a link, and you will be able to create your account.
Thank you for your order, and please accept my apology for any delay in receiving your permanent license.
