The process is pretty easy.
1) Download the latest code form www.utlimateformmail.com and get a temporary license
2) Set up a test directory and install the code. The temporary license gives you access to all the bells and whistles.
3) When you tell me you're ready, I deactivate your old licenses, and give you a new account, where you can log in, generate new license numbers, and put that into the controls.php file

I have read all the support item and your system will not let me submit a ticket for help WHY?

In your article - How to upgrade Ultimate Form Mail - the url you have given is incorrect the l and the t are round the wrong way in ultimate.
