After you purchase Ultimate Form Mail, you will receive an email with a link where you will create your new account.

As soon as you create your new account, you will be asked to create your new license by entering your website url (www.yoursite.com). The next screen will ask you to confirm the website url and show you a screenshot of your website so that you can be certain you are entering the correct web address.

When you confirm the url, you will immediately receive a confirmation screen with your new license number. The permanent license is coded specifically to that url (not IP) and will have two alphanumeric strings separated by a dash. A copy will also be sent to you by email.

Using ftp software, update controls.php on your server so that you have overwritten the temporary license number with the new permanent license you received.

You do NOT need to change the main files for Ultimate Form Mail. Simply adding the new license number will activate all the features and give you permanent use of the software for that website.

Configuration ***


Please do this.

1) Unzip the files
2) Upload ufm directory and all internal files and directories to your server
3) go to yoursite.com/ufm/test.php
4) submit the form

You should see a license error message

5) in controls.php put in your license number and upload, overwrite old controls.php
6) go back to test.php and submit without entering any values in the form

You should see "name required but not found, email required but not found"

7) open up controls.php and put in your email address for recipient, upload, overwrite
8) go back to test.php and submit after entering some values in the form
9) you should have a success page
