It's just that the way that they set up the latest version completely changed how templates were used. The customer support is hit or miss in that you typically have to wait 12 hours to get a reply. The perfect solution depends on what you're looking for. If you want an affiliate program where the last to refer gets the sale, you want to go with Post Affiliate pro. If you need rock solid support from someone in the States I'd go with iDev. I also believe that iDev costs less money than Post Affiliate Pro now.
