The template I created no longer works for the latest version of Post Affiliate Pro but all of the videos are up to date. It's just that the way that they set up the latest version completely changed how templates were used.

The customer support is hit or miss in that you typically have to wait 12 hours to get a reply.

The perfect solution depends on what you're looking for. If you want an affiliate program where the last to refer gets the sale, you want to go with Post Affiliate pro.

If you need rock solid support from someone in the States I'd go with iDev. I also believe that iDev costs less money than Post Affiliate Pro now.

Hello Jack –

I have been contemplating with several different affiliate programs and I am concerned about Post Affiliates customer service and how reliable they really are? I have seen some pretty bad comments on other boards about the lack of. Some related to the system install completed by PAP themselves.
1.	If I choose to have my own programmer install the network how difficult would the configuration be?
2.	Also, your sign up page do you still offer the customized sign in template as I see you may not since the newer version of PAP?

Thank you for your time Michael

PS I’m almost sold with PAP but Im confused you also to the tutorials for Idevaffiliate? Are you still a PAP favorite?

Post Affiliate Pro is software you install on your own server. They do have a hosted solution. But their flagship product is installed on your own server.

Jack, is there any other software products with more robust options that you support since Post Affiliate Pro.

I need a stand alone solution--NOT a hosted solution.

If you look at the comments you'll see that I have been keeping up with them. Yes, the bonus videos are still offered. The templates I used to offer are not compatible with the latest version of PAP, but the videos and code snippets are up to date.

Hi Jack:

Are you still including the templates and the tutorial? I noticed there hasn't been any action on your site for 8 months.
