I currently spend the first three hours of my day answer two types of emails:
I’m just about to buy your product, but I need to ask you these questions first…
and
I just bought your product, but I need to ask you these questions and I’m in a super big hurry…
This is a good problem to have. My revenue is increasing, and providing this personal support drives a lot of sales.
But I don’t have time to do much else, and I’ve got two notebooks full of project ideas just begging to be put into action. No kidding.
So here’s the plan:
1) Set up a help desk
2) Make better use of tutorial videos
3) Get an intern to answer support tickets
4) Audit the support quality to make sure it’s working
Lots of up front work involved, but hopefully this will free me up to start cranking out some of the dozens of other worthwhile projects waiting for me.
After lots and lots of searching, I found a software package for setting up a help desk that I think is going to be perfect.

A while back your software was missing a key ingredient I needed, but I see that it has it now.
I’ll definitely be looking it over in the coming weeks and posting a review on the site.
My current solution is under supported, has a few issues, and definitely is not seo friendly… so I’m interested.
